Middle Brother

This is the day we’ve been waiting for since John McCauley III of Deer Tick, Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes and Matthew Vasquez of Delta Spirit played together as “MG&V” at last year’s SXSW. The trio, now officially known as Middle Brother, finally releases its self-titled debut album on March 1 (pre-order here). And two days later they’ll play the Paradise. Get ticket info and check out some footage of the trio playing “Me Me Me” – a track they gifted to their mailing list on Christmas day – after the jump.

If you don’t already have “Me Me Me,” you can grab the track via the Music Savage.

Middle Brother’s March 3 show at the Paradise is sure to be a doozy, as it’ll feature opening sets from both Dawes and Deer Tick. The tour will also evidently feature Jonny Corndawg, who appears on the album.  Tickets ($20) go on sale Saturday at noon.
